The VVÚ shall always strike a balance between the legitimate interest pursued and the rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subjects who will be affected by data processing

To whom we provide or transfer personal data.

The VVÚ only discloses PD to supervisory authorities and other government authorities, provided that this obligation is required by law. With your consent or at your request,  PD may also be disclosed to other entities.
